1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of kd77 Services, you must register a player account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not operating under a false identity or using another person's identity documents.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one (1) kd77 account only. If kd77 determines that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through coordinated activity — all associated accounts will be suspended, winnings forfeited, and deposited balances returned at kd77's discretion.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. • Deposits are processed in real time for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that is (a) registered in your own name and (b) the same method used for your most recent deposit, unless an alternative is approved by kd77 support.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 1–24 hours for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• kd77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, kd77 may freeze, delay, or permanently withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kd77 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all kd77 promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above with a fully registered kd77 account.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the kd77 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.
• kd77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been incorrectly priced due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time. kd77 is not responsible for bets placed after a relevant event has concluded due to communication delays.

• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kd77 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of kd77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kd77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any kd77 content without prior written consent from kd77.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms.

11 Limitation of Liability

Closure by kd77: kd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity is detected.
• A player has been identified on a self-exclusion register.

In cases of closure due to player breach, kd77 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, balances will be returned within a reasonable time frame.
